Carr was selected by a JV owned by The Shakespeare Theatre Company and the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craft workers to build a mixed development at 160/620 F Street that will include 800 seat Sidney Harman Hall and 120,000 square feet of office space that serves as the headquarters for BAC. Harman Hall, together with 450 seat Lansburgh Theatre will together serve as the Harman Center for the Arts, home of The Shakespeare Theatre.
