Emilia Edson joined Carr Companies in June of 2006. She has since held various roles within Carr Workplaces in sales and operations, before moving fully into Human Resources in 2015. Emilia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Integrated Communications Studies from Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, PA). Within her current role as the Director of People for Carr Workplaces, Emilia oversees recruiting, team member management, benefits, payroll, coaching, and all other human resources functions. She aims to focus on building and mentoring strong teams that will aid in the company’s continued expansion. Emilia lives in Falls Church, VA with her husband, son and 2 dogs.
