Wish Carr, Vice President of Development, joined the Carr Companies in 2016 and leads oversight of new development projects from inception to project delivery. Wish also heads up the development team, which manages active development projects in excess of $350M on an annual basis, including new construction and adaptive reuse. Wish received his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University, his certificate in negotiation from Darden School of Business, and his master’s in real estate at Georgetown University.
