Tom Fuge, Managing Director of Real Estate, joined the Carr Companies in 2020 and now leads Carr Real Estate Services (CRES) and assists with Preferred Office Network (PON). Prior to joining the Carr Companies, Tom oversaw the DC office for a national third-party brokerage and real estate technology firm. He has completed over 250+ leasing transactions totaling more than 1.5 million SF and $700 million in aggregate lease value. Tom has an MBA with a certificate in walkable urban development from George Washington University and a BA in Finance from the University of Vermont. He currently lives in Chevy Chase, MD with his wife and two daughters.
