Nicole Giuliani is responsible for the general partnership oversight of the Oliver Carr Company and Carr Holding II, LLC’s real estate investment portfolio. Nicole’s leadership role was expanded to provide interdepartmental oversight for Carr Companies, while continuing to oversee the overall accounting and investor relations functions. Her responsibilities include developing financial strategy, designing and monitoring control systems to preserve company assets, and acting as a liaison to investors, lenders and regulators. Nicole brings over ten years of experience to Carr Companies. She began her accounting career at CohnReznick – a top ten leading advisory, assurance and tax firm.
