Matthew Buhts is responsible for the acquisition and financing for all real estate projects in the Carr Companies portfolio. Prior to Carr, Mr. Buhts was the Director of Acquisitions for Clark Enterprises, Inc. (CEI), where he sourced and structured joint venture equity investments for ground-up development projects consisting of multi-family, office and hotel (stabilized value of approximately $900 million). In addition to equity investments, Mr. Buhts oversaw all debt financing for real estate portfolio with a gross value in excess of $2.7 billion.
