Ed Crocker, Vice President at the Carr Companies, handles investments and finance. Ed has been with Carr since 2018. Ed began his career as an associate at MAC Realty Advisors, a boutique multifamily brokerage firm, where he underwrote $800 million of closed sales and capital placements in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. A third-generation Washingtonian, Ed holds an MBA with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a BA in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
